James Izzo
When James Izzo was born in 1901 in New York, his father, Samuel, was 33 and his mother, Marie, was 32. He had two brothers and three sisters. In Rye his family lived on Maple Ave.. James enlisted and served in the U.S. Army during World War II and served as corporal In the 328 Army Air Force Base Unit . His brother
Michael Izzo
also served during the war.
World War II Veteran James Izzo a former resident of the Majestic Hotel Port Chester died 5/15/1962 at Grasslands Hospital
He was born in Rye son of the late Samuel and Maria Del Veccio Izzo end had been resident of Rye and Port Chester all his life .He was employed In contsruction work and was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Church.
He is survived by two sisters of Port Chester Mrs Fank Rich end Mrs Michael Rich one brother Michael Izzo Hicksville LIand several nieces and nephews'
